1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and royal888ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the royal888ph website located at royal888ph.club and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the royal888ph platform, or using any of its services — including but not limited to live dealer games, slot games, fishing games, bingo rooms, and sports betting — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and royal888ph.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the royal888ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on royal888ph.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of royal888ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous royal888ph account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of royal888ph services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on royal888ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Royal888ph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, royal888ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Royal888ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID card)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by royal888ph may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your royal888ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your royal888ph account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your royal888ph account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• You must notify royal888ph immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Royal888ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions and bets placed through your account prior to your notification of unauthorized access will be treated as valid and binding.

5 Deposits & Payments

Royal888ph accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods only: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where technically supported.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within your account settings.
• Deposits are credited to your royal888ph account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP) only.
• Royal888ph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your royal888ph account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. Royal888ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own name. Royal888ph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
• Royal888ph aims to process most GCash and Maya withdrawals within one (1) hour during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Royal888ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Royal888ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Royal888ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Royal888ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the royal888ph platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.

• Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used in royal888ph slot, table, and other non-live games are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in certified studio environments and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, royal888ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Royal888ph's decision on all game-related disputes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the royal888ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with royal888ph.
• Money Laundering: Using the royal888ph platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime. Royal888ph is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the royal888ph platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the royal888ph platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.

10 Responsible Gaming

Royal888ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible directly from your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the royal888ph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the royal888ph platform — including but not limited to the royal888ph name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the property of royal888ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the royal888ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any royal888ph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on royal888ph content.
• Use any royal888ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized in writing.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the royal888ph platform using automated means.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, royal888ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond royal888ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.
• Interruption or discontinuation of any game, service, or feature on the platform.

Royal888ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your royal888ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

Royal888ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from a recognized self-exclusion register.
• A regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Cessation of royal888ph's operations in whole or in part.

You may close your account at any time by contacting royal888ph customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Royal888ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, royal888ph will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the royal888ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact royal888ph customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Royal888ph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter. Game-related disputes may be referred to the relevant game provider's dispute resolution process. Regulatory complaints may be submitted to PAGCOR through its official channels.

15.3 Jurisdiction

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.
